Within labour and employment law, Asger Tue Pedersen conducts litigation before the ordinary courts and the industrial arbitration tribunals and renders assistance in respect of dismissals, equal treatment, employee share options and the like, as well as a wide range of collective labour law issues. Within tort law, his undertakings chiefly concern litigation and advice in respect of personal injuries compensation, especially in cases concerning industrial injuries and occupational diseases by application of the Danish Workers' Compensation Act and the Danish Liability for Damages Act. The cases often also concern other issues, such as physician liability and issues pertaining to insurance law and social law.
