Lotte Hummelshøj also currently provides advice on the EU and Danish competition law, including advice on the pricing and discount policies of dominant businesses, merger control and state aid law, and currently represents clients in connection with cases before the competition authorities and the courts of law. Lotte Hummelshøj further acts as Eurojus Consultant for the Commission, providing legal advice and legal aid to Danish citizens in relation to the EU law.
