It is important for us that our employees get to know each other and that they respect each other as colleagues and as people.
The practice therefore holds five annual events, in which everyone is invited to take part: an office event rounding off with a dinner, a summer party, a Christmas party with families, a Christmas party for the staff and a visit to the Crazy Christmas Cabaret at the Tivoli Gardens. In addition, a number of events with a professional content are held for the legal staff, as well as an annual secretarial evening – all rounding off with a dinner. At Lind Cadovius, employees are invited to take a glass of wine on Fridays, and cake on Wednesdays, and, for special occasions, the practice holds in-house receptions attended by all staff.
We also take part in company football, relay races and badminton tournaments while individual employees or groups take the initiative in regularly organising events open to everyone.
As a way of building team spirit among the assistant attorneys, an activities fund is earmarked for social events and the assistant attorney society at Lind Cadovius organises four or five annual events.
To strengthen team spirit among the associates, the firm maintains a fund for social events.
