Our administrative employees help everyday business to run smoothly at the practice.
Our administrative department consists of

Accounting section
Staff in the accounting section perform ongoing accounting tasks while they also provide day-to-day support to employees in the practice by attending to special tasks. The head of the accounting section is responsible for ensuring that Lind Cadovius’ accounts are constantly kept up to date and are in compliance with the latest accounting standards.
IT section
The IT coordinator has day-to-day responsibility for operations, continuous updates and maintenance of the practice's IT systems. In addition, the IT coordinator's tasks typically include training of new employees, setting up teleworking and office working solutions, and day-to-day support for and solution of ad hoc tasks. The IT coordinator also provides solutions in conjunction with our external IT consultants.
Library
Many legal issues require continuous and immediate access to relevant and up-to-date information. Accordingly, we attach great importance to the ongoing updating of the practice's library, so that we are always in a position to accommodate the needs of our employees and clients. As source and information searching is increasingly done electronically, our staff also have access to relevant, up-to-date databases and other electronic search facilities.
The service section
The service section consists of a reception, a service employee, runners and a canteen.
The reception is staffed by two employees who attend to the many tasks that arise daily at reception at a busy law firm.
We hire two to three runners each May for a year at a time. The runners, along with our service employee, assist the rest of the firm's employees and take care of any ad hoc tasks. During this year, the young runners gain a good insight into office work.
Lind Cadovius offers lunchtime canteen facilities. The majority of our employees turn up daily in the canteen, where our canteen assistant serves cold and hot dishes.
