As an attorney with Lind Cadovius, you will, to a great extent, be able to shape your career and influence the standard within your professional specialty. You will always be assigned to a given working group.
In addition to the opportunities for continuing education offered by Lind Cadovius, several of our legal staff have supplemented their experience through secondments and postings abroad to our partner institutions and firms. Our experience is that secondments and postings will both strengthen your professional level and contribute to your personal development. We attach importance to each individual client being assigned his or her own legal adviser and to the understanding that the clients' needs dictate how we attend to their case. In order to be able to combine the core concept of personal legal advice with a high standard of specialist expertise, you will often work jointly with other lawyers on a given case in order to best cater to the client’s requirements.
We are fully aware that the current trend is for a high degree of specialisation. You will therefore typically have expertise in one or more of our specialist areas.
