Lind Cadovius advises Danish and international firms, industry associations and public authorities on EU and competition law, including the rules governing anti-competitive agreements and abuse of a dominant position, state aid law, EU public procurement law and rules on merger control.
We regularly represent clients in connection with cases brought before the Danish Competition Council, the Danish Competition Appeals Tribunal, the Danish courts, the European Commission, the European Court of Justice and the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.
